Profile Summary

Prof. Dr.M.I Joseph received his Ph.D in Psychology from University of Kerala in 1991. His areas of specializations are Organizational Behavior, Stress and Positive Psychology. He has won the Best Research Paper Award of Kerala Manasastra Parishat consecutively for 3 years. He had produced more than 10 Ph.Ds and guided more than 40 M.Phil Dissertations. Many of the research papers were published in various ISSN Journals. He was also the Chairman of Research and Doctoral Committees in Psychology and Senate Member of Cochin University of Science and Technology.
